It is a must that Health and Safety of our colleagues as well as clients is top priority. We take this very seriously and we make sure that RAMS, all relevant certificates and trainings of our colleagues and delivery partners are the highest quality possible and up to date. 

We are 100% flexible. There is many ways we can operate.

We can either blend in in your existing project team or work as a standalone entity. We understand that some of the activities could be delivered only at night or over the weekends due to the accessibility or impact to your client's operations.

We love being proactive. Regular site inspections helps to identify any issues, damages to the assets or operational constrains. 

By keeping an eye on things we can tackle the problem before it erupts and keeping the cost low whilst avoiding or minimising distribution to operations.

In order to stay compliant and keep the manufacturer warranty, the preventative maintenance is a must. It also ensures that H&S of operatives as well as others is not compromised. 

From excel planner to full CAFM system, it is all about planning and record keeping.  We work around you and your client and plan the activities well ahead. At the end of the project all the records gets transferred to your client in their specified format. 

To inform the relevant stakeholders we produce monthly report communicating status of any reactive work and planned as well as ongoing maintenance. Many years operating in this unique environment have taught us that is viable to chair monthly engagement sessions with the stakeholders to keep everyone well informed and gather feedback.
